A few weeks ago I had the incredible honor of hosting my Summer Sizzle party to kick off the summer season on the rooftop of The Moxy Charleston. It was a night filled with vibrant energy, fabulous fashion, delightful cuisine, and an important cause close to my heart.

One of the most exciting parts of the evening was the launch of my exclusive bag collection in collaboration with Dear Finelli. These bags are not only stylish but also sustainable, made from recycled plastic materials. What made this launch even more special is that $10 from each bag sold supports Eco Pazifico, a foundation dedicated to ocean conservation and environmental education in Colombia. It was heartwarming to see so many guests enthusiastic about this initiative, combining fashion with a purpose.

In addition to the bag launch, we wanted to find another way to support Eco Pazifico. For every Summer Sizzle cocktail sold, The Moxy Downtown Charleston is donating $1 to the foundation until the end of August. Every sip helps make a difference in preserving our oceans and promoting environmental education.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Casey Liston and the Bacardi, Patron, and Grey Goose for their incredible support and collaboration. Their contribution has elevated our events, bringing joy and exceptional experiences to our guests. Casey’s expertise, enthusiasm, and deep understanding of the Bacardi brand have been instrumental in creating memorable moments for our guests.

No party is complete without great music, and DJ Nor Way and Sista Misses always bring the heat. Their electrifying beats and performances kept the atmosphere lively and had everyone doing runway and dancing the night away. Their song selection and musical mixology truly set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

The culinary highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the biscuit bar provided by Salthouse Catering. Guests were treated to a variety of delicious biscuits, from classic buttery to innovative gourmet toppings. It was the perfect comfort food to complement the chic rooftop setting, and it was a hit among all who attended.

Vacation Sunscreen has always been a brand synonymous with quality and protection, and their Baby Oil is no exception. This luxurious product, known for its nourishing and soothing properties, was a perfect addition to our Summer Sizzle giveaways. Guests were thrilled to receive this thoughtful gift, which promises to keep their skin soft, hydrated, glowing, and protected all summer long.
