Andrea Serrano is a lifestyle blogger, wardrobe stylist, producer, brand developer, creative director, TV and event host, small business champion, mother, wife, and friend. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, she helps clients successfully position their lifestyle brands in the local and global markets through content creation and social media.
In a world where consumers are bombarded by marketing, her creativity, authenticity, and integrity cut through the noise.
Her career in fashion began in the early 90s in Miami and then NYC, where she assisted celebrity stylists working on major ad campaigns for brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Levi’s, GAP and Tommy Hilfiger; styling for Jennifer Lopez, Prince, The Rock, Janet Jackson, the cast of Sex in the City, Cindy Crawford, and Christie Brinkley.
Eventually, she developed her own clientele with major brands including Maybelline, L’Oreal, Nautica, Sony, J Records, Electra, Getty Images and more. Andrea was the in-house stylist for editorial spreads at Maxim, Stuff, and Blender magazines, and worked with high profile clients such as Sienna Miller and Ines Rivero and music artists such as Ludacris, Amerie, and Marc Anthony.
In 2004 Andrea moved to Charleston, South Carolina with her husband Gustavo, where she opened the city’s first streetwear boutique B’zar and sneaker boutique Suite Sole. After five years in retail, she closed her shop and became the Costume Buyer for Army Wives Lifetime's #1 rated show. From there it was a natural transition back to freelance styling and launched her blog in 2013.
Andrea's blog covers fashion, food, travel, home décor, and family. She is also the host of "Fashion Friday", a regular fashion segment on the local ABC lifestyle show, Lowcountry Live. Her passion is helping people experience the transformative magic of fashion and design in their everyday lives. As a trusted influencer and stylist in Charleston, she continues to work with both local and national brands on small and large scale productions.
